Class 3 are having cooking lessons for this half term with Mel our school cook. Last week we made savoury and sweet bread. For our sweet bread we used chocolate spread and for savoury we filled our dough with pesto, cheese and peppers. Today we made pasties to remind us of St Piran’s day which is being celebrated on March 5th. We enjoyed grating the different vegetables and then assembling our pasties, some of us were really good at crimping! A big thank you to Mel for all help and support. We are already looking forward to what we are going to cook next week!
Chloe loved making the pasties but mummy loved eating them
The pasty was delicious or sick to use one of Deans expressions, well done Mel .
